Dr. Vandana Mathur

Dr. Vandana Mathur did M.Sc. and D.Phil in Zoology from University of Allahabad with specialization in Reproductive Physiology. She has a teaching experience of 27 years.

She was elected as an Executive Member of Indian Society of Cell Biology in 2013. She was appointed as Coordinator of Vigyan Parishad Prayag – Allahabad chapter for two years from 2014 to 2016. She was the Organizing Secretary of National Seminar on "Advanced Biology: Emerging Trends in Biological Galaxy" in October 2012. She received the "Distinguished Service Award" in the field of Zoology by Society of Biological Sciences and Rural Development (2016-2017). She was awarded fellowship by Society of Biological Sciences and Development (2017-2018). She was the coordinator for a one week National Workshop on Recent Tachnologies for Food Security and Rural Development (2018) organized by SBSRD and KAPG College, Allahabad.

Dr. Mathur has more than 20 publications to her credit. She has presented her work at 10 National and 2 International conferences. She has also published a book and a training manual.
