• The Candidates must be qualified the NEET SS entrance but did not get any seat in the NEET SS phase 1 counselling.
• The students who wanted for up-gradation in the phase 1 and have joined their respective college.
• Ther students who have already accepted the given seats in the phase 1 but decided to take part in the NEET SS phase 2 counselling process by exiting from the phase 1.
• The students who haven’t reported at the allotted college after upgradation process will not be eligible for the second round of counselling.
