NBE was conducting the NEET PG examination 2025 in two shifts on 15th June 2025 where they arranged examination shifts according to a high number of applications. Recently, supreme court of India order national board of examination to conduct the NEET PG exam in only one shift under the W.P. No. 456/2025 which is also known as Aditi & Ors Versus National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences & Ors.
The court is ordering the NEET PG exam 2025 to be conducted in a single shift to ensure transparency in the exam. This steps will help authority to reduce unfair means. So after getting order from supreme court of India, national board of examinations in medical science has announce notification on 2nd June 2025 to postpone the earlier NEET PG scheduled exam on 15 June 2025.

Official Order- Is NEET PG 2025 Postponed?
Under the official notification of NBE, board is now preparing to implement the order of supreme court where they will need to increase number of exam centres to ensure conduction of the examination single shift. So it will take further delays to ensure the PG NEET Exam rescheduling of the examination. Once the authority reschedule the exam, it will declared the new exam date on the official website and will invite candidates to free download their NEET PG admit card 2025 and exam city details for NEET PG 2025.
NEET PG 2025 New Exam Date by NBE
Currently the department is implementing guidelines of the supreme court of India to conduct the exam on single shift, they are also looking to get approval from the supreme court to reschedule the exam. Once the get approval, they will publish the NEET PG 2025 date of examination on 3 August 2025.
It will take approximately one month to rearrange the exam centre for all the NEET PG aspirants. Candidates are to see new dates of the examinationon 3 August 2025 where the exam is earlier has been schedule on 15th July 2025.
Department will release admit card for the examination before 1 week and they will able to see the city information before 10 days of the examination. So the first week of July 2025 will come with new dates for NEET PG. - Visit to the official website of national board of examination in medical science and locate the NEET PG section under the examination page https://natboard.edu.in/
